IABC Change Management SIG: The Problem With Change Isn't the Change

IABC Change Management SIG: The Problem With Change Isn't the Change

20 - April | 5:00 PM

You don't need a statistic to know that organizational change is hard. You've lived it. The initiative that had full executive sponsorship and still went sideways. The leaders who couldn't get on the same page. The teams that checked out somewhere along the way.

So what are we getting wrong, and what do we do about it?

Michael Bungay Stanier has spent thirty years in the trenches of organizational change. He hosts the Change Signal podcast, where he cuts through the noise to find the practitioners and thinkers who are actually getting it right. He's also written eight books, including The Coaching Habit — the best-selling coaching book of this century.

This is the conversation our profession needs to be having right now — and we're having it with one of the sharpest minds (and nicest people) in the business.

In this live fireside conversation on Monday, April 20th, he'll share what he's seeing globally: the trends, the surprises and the inconvenient truths most people prefer to sidestep. Expect to walk away with a sharper read on what's really going on in change management, where it's heading and at least one thing you'll want to do differently.

There will be time for your questions, so bring the ones that have been keeping you up at night.

Don't miss this one.
