Author Agreement*
Thank you for authoring content (the “work”) for IABC’s Catalyst. In order to fully utilize your work, IABC must obtain your agreement to the following:
- I hereby assign to IABC the right to publish my work.
- I confirm that this work is/will be my original work** and will not violate the rights of any other parties.
- I hereby grant permission to IABC to identify me as the author or co-author.
- I hereby grant IABC the right to use my name, likeness, photograph, and biographical information in connection with the advertising, publicity, or promotion of the work in IABC’s publications on a perpetual, sublicensable, royalty-free basis. Other than the attribution I will receive as author of the work, I understand that I will receive no other compensation for the rights granted to IABC in this agreement.
