Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB)

About the IABC DEIB Shared Interest Group

The business case for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) is well established. Data collected by global management consulting firms and other employment authorities clearly show that companies with diverse workforces, inclusive business practices and equitable policies outperform those that do not prioritize DEI and embed its principles into their culture. For business communicators and leaders responsible for promoting DEIB within their organizations and contributing to a healthy, inclusive workplace culture, this Shared Interest Group welcomes you! We are building an IABC community of professionals who are learning together how to apply DEIB authentically for the greatest impact in our workplace in our world. Join us!
