About Our Heads of Communication Leaders 

Nichole McGill

Nichole is a public sector executive based in Ottawa, Canada, with more than 20 years of experience leading high-performing cross-functional teams in communications, digital transformation, and service renewal to deliver strategic business results for public organizations. She is a problem-solver, a published author and promoter of meaningful engagement. A life-long learner, she has led past chapter for Women in Communications and Technology and is a member of the IABC Ottawa chapter.

 

Caroline Kealey

With over twenty years of experience, Caroline has been entrusted with facilitating executive-level sessions on behalf of a platinum list of clients including the Bank of Canada, Shopify, the House of Commons, the Asian Development Bank and the United Nations.

She is the founder and lead instructor of two leadership development cohort programs for executives at the University of Ottawa.

Caroline has been named an International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) All Star presenter and has won national and international awards in strategic communications and change, including IABC’s global Best of the Best and Distinguished Service awards.
